Directly on the lakefront, you’ll have access to the dock and boats for getting out on the water!
What’s more, our outdoor facilities (SPA, BBQ, fireplace, hot tub, etc.) are ideal for entertaining and for spending quality time with friends and family!

Description of floors
The WOW effect
First floor
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that can accommodate up to 22 people, with access to the outdoor terrace. Also on this level, there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower, as well as a powder room for the upper floor. A living room with a wood stove completes this cozy space. The upper floor is particularly bright due to the large patio door and expansive windows
Second floor
Upstairs, four bedrooms are available. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The other three bedrooms share a second common bathroom on this floor.
Garden level
The garden level includes two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, as well as a game room equipped with a pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball table. There is also a powder room for the upper floor.
Exterior
The cottage is located by a lake with access to a dock and paddlecrafts for water activities! Additionally, enjoy outdoor amenities including a Hot Tube, BBQ and a fire pit.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be requested at the time of booking.
The balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival at the cottage. If you wish, it is possible to make an Interac transfer instead.

It is possible if the cottage is not rented. You can notify us a few days before your arrival.
Conditions of rental
The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 18 years old.
A security deposit will be taken a few days before your arrival and returned up to 7 days after your departure.
In case of cancellation, the amounts incurred will not be refunded.
The rate displayed in the price list is before GST, QST and accommodation tax.
