Sleeps 1 to 16 + 12 day guests. Villa 2, with its "WOW" view over a 4 km lake, is sure to make you fall in love with nature. This chalet, with its wide open spaces and many windows, has a rustic, country feel that creates a very pleasant, warm atmosphere.
Directly on the lakefront, you’ll have access to the dock and boats for getting out on the water! A 70 km bike path awaits you directly from the chalet! Several hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country ski trails are right next to the chalet.
What’s more, enjoy outdoor amenities (SPA, BBQ, fireplace, terrace, beach volleyball, iron games, etc.) ideal for entertaining and spending quality time with friends and family!
We also offer the services of an experienced organizer free of charge for your events (corporate, weddings, birthdays, parties, associations, etc.).

Description of floors
The WOW effect
First floor
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that can accommodate up to 16 people, with access to the outdoor terrace. Also on this level, there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a half bathroom for the floor. A living room with a wood-burning fireplace completes this cozy space. The upper floor is particularly bright.
Second floor
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower.
Garden level
The lower level includes two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, as well as a game room equipped with a pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball table. There is also a half bathroom for this floor. The three-season sunroom is accessible from this level.
Exterior
The cottage is located by a lake with access to a dock and paddlecrafts for water activities! Additionally, enjoy outdoor amenities including a BBQ and fireplace.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be requested at the time of booking.
The balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival at the cottage. If you wish, it is possible to make an Interac transfer instead.

It is possible if the cottage is not rented. You can notify us a few days before your arrival.
Conditions of rental
The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 18 years old.
A security deposit will be taken a few days before your arrival and returned up to 7 days after your departure.
In case of cancellation, the amounts incurred will not be refunded.
The rate displayed in the price list is before GST, QST and accommodation tax.
