Description of floors
The WOW effect
First floor
The ground floor of the Scandinavian includes a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with woodwork and stone countertops and a dining room that can seat up to 12 people. In addition to having a newly renovated bathroom (walk-in shower, heated floor, etc.), a living room with natural stone fireplace and a boudoir with couch, desk and 60-inch smart TV.
Second floor
The second floor has two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for privacy and a renovated full bathroom with bath and shower.
Garden level
On the garden level, you will find a bedroom, an open area with a sofa bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a game area (ping-pong, pool and poker table).
Exterior
Outside the cottage, enjoy the lake thanks to the dock and boats provided, in addition to the outdoor facilities (BBQ, fireplace, spa, etc.). Hiking trails are available nearby.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be requested at the time of booking.
The balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival at the cottage. If you wish, it is possible to make an Interac transfer instead.

Conditions of rental
The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 18 years old.
A security deposit will be taken a few days before your arrival and returned up to 7 days after your departure.
In case of cancellation, the amounts incurred will not be refunded.
