This magnificent, rustic, heritage-listed 1939 log chalet in the heart of nature is directly on the water’s edge and on cross-country ski and snowshoe trails. It was designed by the famous Finnish architect Victor Nymark, whose most famous achievement was the Chateau Montebello. It is truly the ideal venue for weddings, receptions, training sessions, “Lac à l’Épaule”-style meetings, parties, recognition events, celebrations, anniversaries, spiritual retreats, family reunions or groups of friends.
To ensure maximum discretion and comfort, this building includes a private VIP section, specially designed for members of senior management, brides and grooms, or special guests, depending on the occasion. This section offers private access to the interior, as well as a range of exclusive facilities, including a kitchen, living room, dining room and rooms with amenities.

First floor
On the first floor, there are 3 lounges including a game room (pool table, poker table, ping-pong, foosball, darts, etc.), 3 washrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 quality and fully equipped kitchens (one of which is designed to serve all your guests). There are 5 accesses to this kitchen to facilitate deliveries and catering services, a huge walk-in fridge, 3 stoves and many other amenities. There are also two large bars with several counters to serve your favorite drinks, one of them is in a veranda, in addition to having 2 BBQs. On the central bar counter, you can enjoy our beautiful popcorn machine!
You will enjoy the very large dining room where you can place the tables according to your needs. In the reception room on this same floor, there is a large living room with a television and a dance floor. It is the ideal place to celebrate with your guests or to hold a conference.
Finally, the floor is completed with 2 dressing rooms, a laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers, as well as 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 25 people in total.
To ensure a high level of hygiene, the property has no carpets!
Second floor
Upstairs there are 13 rooms that can accommodate a total of 26 people. There are also 11 full bathrooms. One of the great advantages is that the rooms are not above the reception room. This ensures peace and quiet for everyone!
Exterior
Outside, enjoy a very large yard with BBQ, spa, hammock and fireplace. The cottage is close to the water with a dock, boats (2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and 1 pedal boat) and the possibility of fishing. A large furnished veranda overlooking the water can seat more than twenty people. You will be able to admire all year long our families of ducks, loons, mallards, harlequin ducks, etc.
You will be able to enjoy many activities nearby, such as hiking, biking, sliding, skating, etc. In addition, 8 ski mountains are located within 15 minutes, including Mont-Morin-Heights, which is only 2 minutes away from this cottage.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be requested at the time of booking.
The balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival at the cottage. If you wish, it is possible to make an Interac transfer instead.

Conditions of rental
The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 18 years old.
A security deposit will be taken a few days before your arrival and returned up to 7 days after your departure.
In case of cancellation, the amounts incurred will not be refunded.
The rate displayed in the price list is before GST, QST and accommodation tax.
