The entrance hall has heated floors to warmly welcome you. This floor includes a bedroom, a boudoir with a sofa bed and a desk, a huge living room with magnificent cathedral ceilings and a natural stone fireplace and a high-end bathroom with heated floor. In addition, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that can seat up to 12 people, located in a magnificent 4-season veranda overlooking the lake. Then, discover a beautiful Italian travertine and black porcelain bathroom featuring a large tempered glass shower with high-end black trim flooring.
Second floor
Upstairs, enjoy a small gym and a private balcony with glass doors. You will also find a bedroom and a private bathroom.
Garden level
On the garden level, two bedrooms are available, in addition to a family room with game tables (foosball, billiards, ping-pong). You will also have access to a laundry room, an office with a computer chair and a bathroom with a bath and shower.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental will be requested at the time of booking.
The balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival at the cottage. If you wish, it is possible to make an Interac transfer instead.

It is possible if the cottage is not rented. You can notify us a few days before your arrival.
Conditions of rental
The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 18 years old.
A security deposit will be taken a few days before your arrival and returned up to 7 days after your departure.
In case of cancellation, the amounts incurred will not be refunded.
The rate displayed in the price list is before GST, QST and accommodation tax.
